For the time being at Gallerie Thaddeus Ropac April 2011

'For the time being' was exhibited at the Gallerie Thaddeus Ropac in Paris in April 2011. It used a variety of sculptural forms to explore principles derived from either Euclidian geometry or crystal formation. Hargreaves cast several of the pieces that formed the exhibition including Clutch V, installed in the Gallery entrance and the largest and heaviest of the works at over four tonnes. Hargreaves also cast Cumulate, Construct IV and Forecast.

Both Clutch V and Forecast were cast from polystyrene models using 'lost polystyrene' techniques. Cumulate and Construct IV had moulds created at the foundry based on fibreglass patterns provided by Antony Gormley.
